I gave the following presentation at the Kerr County Patriots Club meeting on November 17th in an effort to help folks understand what BESS is, why we are concerned about it here in the Hill Country and what we are doing to fight it. I did update a couple slides based on some new information and the HCESRPC Board meeting that was held the next day.
