On Friday, Oct. 23rd at 9:16am the Center Point Volunteer Fire Department was called to respond to a structure fire on Tremper Trail E in Center Point. While we were quickly on the scene, the fire had already engulfed the home. Sadly, the house was severely damaged by the fire, but fortunately the residents were able to safely evacuate the house and no injuries were reported. Kerrville FD and Comfort VFD provided equipment and personnel to assist CPVFD in bringing the fire under control. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family in this difficult time.
