The following is a copy of my presentation material that I used at the Jan. 28th Kerr County Patriots meeting. I also provided an update on progress being made towards the formation of a Chapter 391 Sub-Regional Planning Commission to fight the unregulated installation of Lithium Battery Energy Storage Systems, but that is not included below. I will have separate posts on that issue.
